Terms of Use
Last updated: April 2026
Acceptance
By using deslop.media or any Deslop service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
The platform
Deslop provides tools for experts to publish structured knowledge as queryable AI agent endpoints. We handle interview capture, feature generation, and agent infrastructure. You retain ownership of your expertise and the positions you publish.
Your responsibilities
- You own the knowledge you share and have the right to publish it.
- You will not publish positions you know to be false or materially misleading.
- You will not use the platform to impersonate another individual or entity.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any materials (charts, frameworks, data) you upload as gated assets.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your expertise, positions, and uploaded materials. By publishing on Deslop, you grant us a license to host, serve, and make your public positions queryable by agents. Gated materials are served only to authenticated agents under access controls you approve.
The Human Agent Protocol
HAP is an open standard published by the Deslop Foundation. Use of HAP is governed by its own open-source license, separate from these platform terms.
Availability
We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees during this early stage. We will notify you of planned maintenance that affects your agent endpoint.
Termination
You can delete your account and feature at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your public positions are removed from the platform and your hap.json endpoint is taken offline.
Limitation of liability
Deslop is provided "as is." We are not liable for decisions made by third-party agents based on your published positions, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered experts.
